the
Kimbro family has been there
for you. Originally formed in
1944
as Kimbro Electric, the Kimbro
family offered
electrical service
and heat pumps until the
mid-50’s,
when central heat and
air conditioning hit the local
market.
In 1972 Bobby Kimbro, who had
worked in the family
business
since he was 12 years old,
bought out his
father. While
Bobby’s business grew and
expanded across
the country,
Bobby’s son Derek followed his
father’s
footsteps as he began
working in the heating and air
portion through-out high school.
Derek took over Bobby’s
existing
Yellow Pages ad that he had run
for over 17
years in 1996, when
he opened Kimbro Service. By
2004,
Derek had been so
successful in his own right that
he
purchased the Kimbro Air
company from his father Bobby -
just as Bobby had done 32 years
beforehand.
Today, father and sons work
together to bring a lifetime

heating and air experience into
