The Value of Preventative Maintenance

We offer comprehensive preventative maintenance plans designed to keep HVAC systems running efficiently throughout the year. Our program includes several key benefits:

• Priority Service: Our maintenance customers receive priority scheduling.
• Service Discounts: Members of our maintenance program receive exclusive discounts on repairs.
• Multi-Point Inspections: Our NATE and EPA-certified technicians perform thorough checks to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
• Longevity and Efficiency: Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your equipment and lowers monthly utility costs.

Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Rebates & Incentives

To help offset the cost of high-efficiency upgrades, we work with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to provide incentives for our customers. These rebates are typically administered through local power companies under the EnergyRight® program.

The typical incentives available to homeowners include:

• Heat Pumps & Mini-Splits: Homeowners can generally expect around $300 for installing qualifying high-efficiency heat pumps or mini-split systems.
• Central Air Conditioners: Units that meet ENERGY STAR or TVA efficiency standards typically qualify for approximately $100.
• Smart Thermostats: Upgrading to a smart thermostat can provide a rebate of roughly $50.
• Annual Maintenance Rebates: We provide one-time annual rebates of $50 back per unit for maintenance customers.
• Duct Systems: Customers may also receive up to $250 back for duct system improvements.

For households that are income-qualified, the Home Uplift program may be available, offering efficiency upgrades or HVAC replacements at little to no cost.

Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our maintenance and installation work with robust guarantees:

• Callback Period: We offer a 15-minute response time for callbacks during overtime hours and a 30-day warranty on service labor.
• Manufacturer Warranties: We honor all brand manufacturer warranties, including 12-year parts and one-year labor for our primary Daikin products.
• Lifetime Workmanship: We provide lifetime workmanship warranties on our ductwork installations.
